Barbecue Gorlitz in Gorlitz

Two rump steaks with sauce were ordered. Meat quality was "German dairy cow" for both. There was a lot of inedible connective tissue in my rump steak. The cheeky comment from the waiter was: They ate most of the food. I would have eaten anything if it had been edible. On the plate was some salad and in an extra bowl vegetables with Brussels sprouts (!!!), peppers and tomatoes. As a drink, I actually wanted a strong red wine. On the menu there was only the house wine dry, semi-dry or sweet for 3.90 euros (0.2l), each without a detailed description. For the price, it can actually only be brand name Pennerglück. So drank beer. When we asked for the bill, a receipt came: "No hospitality bill". I kept the receipt.

Have eaten there several times and absolutely loved it! Now in the Corona period we wanted to eat there again and have ordered and picked up something. When we got home, we unpacked the food: spare ribs and Florida burgers, both with wedges. Spare ribs were tasty. However, the silver skin was still on and you could hardly eat the ribs or get them apart. The skin has bothered and should actually be removed before preparation. The Florida burger was tough too. Have eaten several times and loved it. But not this time. The lower patty was completely soaked, no longer noticeable. The chicken breast wasn't grilled, it was sloppy, watery and not grilled as desired. But the best part was the wedges! Unfortunately not the rest. Because of disappointment I only wanted to give one star, but since it was otherwise better it became 2 stars.

Very cozy atmosphere, incredibly friendly and cheerful service and, above all, excellent food. Spontaneously got a table and could sit inside with a stroller! Absolute recommendation!

An absolute highlight of our trip to Görlitz! The menu made it very difficult for us to decide: It just sounded so delicious! The choice fell on the special with steak and burger and it was a dream! The meat is perfect, the portion is huge and the price is more than fair. Kudos to the kitchen. Add to that the super nice service and the chic shop in a prime location. Will definitely be recommended.

We went to the Barbecue Görlitz last night without any special expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the visit. Nice, attentive service. We ate the (special?) Plate. I forgot the name. Very good combination if you can't decide. Meat was cooked perfectly and the side dishes were tasty. Those who like hearty will be satisfied. ?

The ambience is very rustic and cozy. The waitresses are Segr polite and try to give the customer everything and the food ... burgers to melt, the stakes on point. All about a successful concept from start to finish

The food is delicious five stars are not enough, I can only recommend the ribs ??????

Very good range of dishes with an emphasis on citizens and steaks. The burgers have a reasonable price-performance ratio. Only a little more salt and sauce were missing, but nothing that you couldn't correct yourself,

Today we finally tried the Barbecue Görlitz on the recommendation of a friend and we were positively surprised. We had 4 different burgers 2x poultry, 1x beef and 1x pulled pork. They all tasted delicious and we're looking forward to the next time. Many thanks!!!

Where is the 6th star? Definitely in our gourmet hearts !! The team around the guest is super friendly, funny, advising and accommodating! The food itself is a feast for the palate and every dish is brought to the point. We had two wonderful evenings and can only leave positive reviews. We'll be back for sure! Whoever appreciates handmade and quality should show up there ... see you next time!

Nice, laid-back waitress ready for any joke. Great food, even the kids (are a bit grumpy) were absolutely thrilled. We had everything from ribs to steak to burgers and were all very satisfied. Keep it up!!!

Friendly service, a nicely laid out outdoor area in the backyard and the food was very good - steaks on the point! Salads fresh and crisp.

Super nice service, also for having fun, delicious food and the inner courtyard is lovely. Unfortunately, the chairs are not that comfortable. We'd love to come back.
